How did TAPP Start?

As a busy business owner working remotely, I barely had time to step out of my room. One day, I noticed how dirty our curtains had become — but I couldn’t send them to the laundry shop because they don’t accept bulky items, especially those with metal hooks. I puzzled myself thinking, “Who can I even ask to do this laundry for me?” But there was no easy solution.

A day later, while shopping with my SM, I was exhausted after walking around. My feet hurt, and I suddenly craved a Mango Shake — but the stall was all the way down on the first floor. I jokingly asked, “Ma, is there anyone we can send to grab the shake downstairs?” And that’s when it hit me.

As a visionary, I couldn’t shake off the idea. I saw the potential instantly. So I ran surveys with friends and family, asking them, “Have you ever faced the same problem?” The answers were overwhelming people had so many simple but unsolved needs. And surprisingly, there were also many who said they’d gladly do small tasks for extra income.

That’s when TAPP was born — a platform that bridges the gap between people who need help and those looking for income opportunities. Whether it’s finding someone to do your laundry, buy you a drink, or help with anything else, TAPP is the solution for your everyday needs.
